Unit One Reflections

In unit one, we learned how to set realistic time-limited goals and how that would help us going forward. This will help me set goals and complete assignments in a timely manner going forward in college. We also learned how to assess our own values and make sure that our goals reflected them. I made a short presentation that outlined my assessed values and several goals for myself.
